What do I need to receive money?
You will need;
- RIA Transaction Reference Number
- Original Identification Documents.
What type of ID is acceptable to receive my money?
A valid National ID, Passport, or Driving License, which must show both the front and back, the document number, your picture, full name, issue date, and expiry date.
Refugee IDs must indicate family attestation.
Can I send money from Uganda?
Yes, we do both receive and send money worldwide in minutes. NB: All funds received or sent via Money Transfer are in Ugandan Shillings, as shown on the receipts.
