A. Approach the Agent
- Visit our nearest authorized M-PESA Agent Branch with your cash.
- Provide your ID (for verification) and the phone number of the person you want to send money to.
B. Begin the Transaction
- The Agent will initiate the transaction on their system.
- Hand over the cash amount plus the transaction fee.
- Confirm the recipient’s phone number carefully before the Agent completes the process.
C. Confirm & Collect
- Both you and the recipient will receive an M-PESA confirmation SMS.
- Check the SMS to ensure the amount and recipient details are correct.
- Collect your receipt/confirmation from the Agent if required.
