Teller
Courteous Forex Bureau is seeking a dedicated and professional Teller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a highly disciplined individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Process foreign currency exchanges and verify currency authenticity.
- Process Agent banking and Mobile Money, Money remittance transactions among others
- Handle compliance and regulatory tasks that are required by a professional forex bureau in the day today activities of the institution
- Maintain accurate records, receipts, and daily balancing reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries.
- Support front-office operations and assist in additional duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course from a recognized University in Uganda.
- Minimum Age: 25 years.
- Computer Proficient: Strong skills in MS Office and basic digital systems.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple roles, work under minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- High integrity, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
